I first met Ian in 2009 when I was serving as a Project Executive and he was assigned as the Business Analyst. I was quickly impressed with the speed at which he was able to evaluate extremely complicated existing business processes (which he had no prior knowledge of) and his ability to work in close cooperation with members of staff. He produced detailed requirements and business processes, managed the User Acceptance Testing, and managed the final deployment to our live environment. The result was a far superior system, and after that, Ian was the Business Analyst I would request on all of my projects, and each one one was completed successfully and on time.

After Ian had left the organisation, to take some time travelling, etc., I invited him back as a freelance consultant to work for me directly as a Business Analyst / Project Manager on a number of crucial IT initiatives I was involved with.
