Google cloud

Chatbot conversation data and website hosting are managed on Google Cloud services. Google Cloud acts as a data processor, and data is stored securely according to their terms and my security configurations.

Email provider

(Google Gmail): When you submit a contact form, the information is sent to my Gmail account. These service providers are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to me.

Legal requirements

I may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, (ii.g., a subpoena), (ii) protect and defend my rights or property, (iii) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Site or the public, or (iv) protect against legal liability.

My servers (provided by Google Cloud) are configured with security measures, and I employ access controls to limit access to personal data.

Information submitted via the contact form and stored in my email system will be retained indefinitely, or until I determine it is no longer needed for business communication or legal purposes, or until you request its deletion.

Chatbot conversation logs

Chatbot conversation data (including timestamps), which is not designed to be linked back to a specific identifiable user, is stored indefinitely on Google Cloud for the purposes of chatbot improvement and usage analytics.

Chatbot cookies

These cookies are stored on your browser for their set duration, after which they will expire.
