Real estate is a useful project domain because it combines structured data, semantic retrieval, workflow orchestration, and highly visual UI interactions in a way users can understand immediately.

The portfolio will grow as new work becomes strong enough to evidence properly.
Current development includes SQL analytics, Microsoft Fabric, data foundations, workflow automation, and practical AI. I’ll add projects when they demonstrate a clear problem, a credible approach, and a useful result—not simply to lengthen the list.
